You’d be amazed how many people invest so much time, effort, and money in preparing for some doomsday apocalypse. We’re not saying that this scenario will never happen (though we certainly hope it won’t). Rather, we wonder if it might be wise to consider you as an item to prep.
What do we mean by that? Well, let’s take your bug-out-vehicle for example (no, we haven’t talked about that yet, but we will later). To make sure it’s ready to go when you need it you keep it filled with gas, the filters are clean, the tires aired up (including the spare), the maintenance has been done, and it’s ready to go. You only put good oil and gas into it, the fluids are topped off, all regular maintenance has been completed — as well as all preventative maintenance!
What about you? Have you taken the same steps to get your body ready for when you need it?
According to a recent story, most millionaires are in better shape than the average American? When you think about it, it’s not that surprising. They exercise regularly, take care of their bodies, and only eat healthy food. Sure, you might think those are a result of the lifestyle, not the cause of it, and to a point we don’t disagree.
For the sake of argument let’s say being healthy is contributory to their success.
People who are “fit” tend to have more energy. With more energy comes more drive, more passion, more purpose. In short, “fit” people are able to get more done!
Would you like to be in better shape than you are today? Would you like to be in better shape in a prepping scenario? Just in case you have to bug out, or trudge through the mountains hunting for food for your family, or even tend your garden and care for whatever animals you’re raising for food?
